RETURN POLICY

You have 14-DAYS from the day your received your items for a STORE-CREDIT/EXCHANGE ONLY! 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can click EMAIL sales@thefixedlabel.com  if your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

 Upon us receiving your return in the acceptable condition - you will then receive a store-credit via email. Your store credit will never expire and can be used on any future orders. If a return is necessary, The Fixed Label is NOT responsible for any shipping costs for returns.  

Exchanges: If an exchange is needed please EMAIL here -- sales@thefixedlabel.com with your order number, the item that is being sent back, and the style number of the item you wish to receive (size/color/etc.) In order to secure the item you'd like to exchange, we will ship your order out once we receive a tracking number for the item you are shipping back. 

***If the returned item/s are valued more than $75, make sure you ship with a tracking number and its associated insurance value.***

  • Sanitary or hygiene goods or likeness
  • Items marked “Final Sale”

Exceptions: All items are evaluated before being shipped out, if for any reason you receive a damaged item please email us at sales@thefixedlabel.com with photos of the damages and we will replace the item (if it's still available) and cover the cost of shipping. If the item is sold out we will allow you to pick another item at equal or greater value.
